Jasmine // SECOND YEAR// Medicine

In this season, freedom is knowing that i do not have to work towards earning His love and His unmerited grace. Jesus lived a sinless life on my behalf and voluntarily offered Himself to bear the punishment for all our sins. I feel free everyday knowing how generous and radical His love is for me, and that I am forever free from the burden of sin.

Sometimes, I have really good days, but I also go through some not so good days because I feel as though I am not good enough, and that I am not accomplishing as much as I would have wanted to.

But I now know that I am already a good success because the Lord is and will always be with me. I am running a different race. Giving it all to God and letting Him take care of it all is all that is required of me - and knowing this is so liberating.
